The total area of the plot is 1500 sq. Meter and it is located in Vill-Jharmajari declared eligible for exemption by the state government of Himachal Pradesh. On the right side of the plant is Pinetree the Packaging Unit, Left side of the plant & Back Side of Plant are vacant and there is a metalled road on the front side of the plant, which is hardly 50 meters away from the highway. From the site there is a panoramic view of the Kasauli hills making it an ideal location in all respects.

The unit has get three floors out of which production facilities & warehouse of Tablet , Capsule (Non Beta Lactum), Dry Syrup & Liquid sections is on the ground floor, first floor is being utilized as administrative block & Tablets , Capsules & Dry syrup (Beta Lactum) sections. On the third floor well equipped testing Laboratory has been established .The unit has been unsigned in such a way that there is unidirectional & inflow of the material.

All the testing of Raw material, Packing material and Finished Goods are done in a well-equipped State of Art Quality Control Department comprising of latest equipments.

The entire production area is equipped with Air Handling Unit and & air conditioners consideration is given on temperature and humidity control and pressure balances to eliminate any possibility of cross contamination of the products. These are as guided in Revised Schedule "M" and WHO, GMP guidelines. Provision for Dehumidifier has been made in Tablet and Capsule Section for humidity control.

There is provision for basic utilities screw type Air compressor like 125 KVA Generator in case of power failure, 10,000 liters capacity ETP & huge septic tank.DM water plant with mixed has also been installed for the purposes of granulation & rinsing of mach nil etc.
